Feeling pretty good.

Today was a great day. I realized I'm really in it to win it and I want to hit that goal this time and stay there. No food is worth my health, pains or bad feelings about myself. That side by side picture I posted the other day I stared at about 50 times that day - I couldn't believe that was me and my change in under 7 weeks. It really made me want to keep going!

So as I mentioned last time I wasn't able to weigh in while doing the Arabian so I missed 2 weigh ins. I also wasn't sure how the Arabian was going to go, last year I'm pretty sure I gained 10 pounds between the free donuts, cheeseburgers and fries and ice cream it was a bad year food wise. After that show was when I was diagnosed with Diabetes, I wasn't too surprised. However this year I brought my own foods and only ate 2 times at the show out of the 11 days! Go me!

So here we are 2 weeks later and the numbers are.....

Today I also received another - 5 pound sticker and I got the 5% charm for my key chain - I've lost 5% people!! That's awesome!!

Well I was debating on whether or not to share this news, but since it might alter my weight loss, I guess in a way I owe it to my cheerleaders/supporters (you) to let you know. Now I plan on pre-making meals and had a discussion with John about not just picking food up and just plan on being positive so hopefully it goes smoother this time. The news is, I have to have surgery again, remember my duct removal of the left breast 2.5 years ago? (If you have no idea what I'm talking about, ask and I'll let you know). Now I have to have the right one done, my surgery is scheduled for March 7th, so it's in a week and half. I will try not to drive you all crazy with it this time lol. I went back to my other blog when I found out I had to have surgery again and read it all, I rolled my eyes a lot at myself ha. So on the 7th just send out some prayers or thoughts and I'll do my best to keep my weight loss going and we'll see what happens!

Have a great week!

Until next time...
